Finding hope is the first step in feeling better.

About Paula Durlofsky

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In practice for more than 15 years, I treat couples, families and individuals from age 18 and older as well as facilitate group therapy. Through a combination of psychoanalytic-psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, I help individuals explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that hold them back from leading more fulfilled and satisfying lives.

I create a safe and healing environment in which to treat a wide variety of psychological issues, including my specialties:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Issues with Intimacy
  • Trauma
  • Personality Disorders, such as borderline personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder
  • Substance Abuse
  • Adult ADD/ADHD

I also specialize in diagnostic testing for Attention Deficit Disorders in adults as well as evaluations specific to memory and cognitive impairments.

After an initial evaluation, I will review with you a treatment plan and tailored approach for achieving your personal goals.
